Many everyday sentences have no subject. Necessity: treba je + infinitive — Treba je počakati. (One must wait.) Feelings/opinions with a dative 'me': zdi se mi (it seems to me), mudi se mi (I'm in a hurry), boli me + body part (Boli me glava — my head hurts). Weather and states stand alone: Dežuje. (It's raining.) Mraz je. (It's cold.) And the se form makes a general 'one/people': Tu se ne sme kaditi. (One mustn't smoke here.)
