Jože Plečnik je bil znan slovenski arhitekt. Rodil se je leta 1872 v Ljubljani. Oblikoval je veliko zgradb in mostov v svojem rodnem mestu. Najbolj znan je Tromostovje — trije mostovi čez reko Ljubljanico. Njegova dela so danes del svetovne dediščine Unesca.

Jože Plečnik was a famous Slovenian architect. He was born in 1872 in Ljubljana. He designed many buildings and bridges in his home town. The best-known is the Triple Bridge — three bridges across the river Ljubljanica. His works are today part of UNESCO world heritage.
