Slovene has two ways to talk about the future, and which you use depends on aspect. 'Bom' + verb for ongoing things; a perfective present for a single thing you'll get done. About seven minutes.

Future option 1: bom / boš / bo + l-participle — the general future, natural with imperfective verbs and ongoing actions: Bom delal ves dan. (I'll be working all day.) Option 2: the present tense of a perfective verb = a single future event: Jutri napišem pismo. (Tomorrow I'll write the letter.) Remember: a perfective present never means 'right now' — it always points forward. So use bom + imperfective for ongoing/repeated, and perfective present for one finished result.
